Larry founded Crossturn after more than 20 years of progressive leadership, business, and technology experience — including two decades in C-level roles spanning finance, operations, technology, and sales.
He’s worked inside every functional department a company has: finance and accounting, HR, technology, marketing, sales, operations, warehouse, and distribution. He’s made the hiring decisions Crossturn’s clients are making now.
That perspective — not a job description — is what shapes every search. Larry reviews every candidate personally before they reach a client, asking not just “does this person match the requirements,” but “can this person step into this business and create value.”
